Sean Jackson Scholarship

Due Date: May 15, 2017

Criteria: 

• Ontario Resident
• Secondary Student (or has graduated within the last 12 months).
• Accepted and entering a Canadian College or University.
• Achieved an academic average of 80% or higher.
• Demonstrated a strong commitment to his/her community through volunteerism and/or initiating innovative community projects.

Additional Criteria: 

• Letter of recommendation from your current school, written and signed (no electronic signatures) by principal, teacher or guidance
• Letter of recommendation from community group or individual that you supported (no electronic signatures).
• Transcripts
• Proof of acceptance to at least one Canadian University or College
