e-Learning
In the case where a specific course that you are interested in taking is not offered at our school, taking the course online may be an option.
There are a few things you need to know:
- e-Learning courses are available to students in grades 11 & 12.
- Everything is done online, so you should have access to a computer off of school grounds.
- You MUST exhibit independence and a willingness to be successful, as online courses can be difficult.
- You will likely need to write the final exam at the school, while you are monitored by a teacher/administrator.
As e-Learning courses can be a great option, you MUST also ensure that it is the right decision for you! Be sure to talk to your guidance counsellor to sign up as soon as possible (if you are interested) as classes fill up fast!
